I had a fantastic stay! The staff were lovely, helpful, and accommodating. They let me check in early and provided great service throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the underground, making transportation easy. Being just on the edge of a nice area, it offered a peaceful atmosphere while still being within reach of the city centre. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I especially appreciated the free soft drinks and bottled water available all day. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and convenient location were the best aspects of this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Paddington station, making it easy to get around using public transport. Guests have mentioned that the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing a great service. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and decent-sized bathrooms.

I had a great experience staying here. The location was perfect for my needs as it was centrally located and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The room amenities were fantastic including the heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and the in-room safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room service was great. Also, the leisure facilities including the free wi-fi and the flat-screen TV were a great bonus.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value for money hotel with excellent facilities, helpful staff, and ideal location.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. the location was great, with easy access to the underground and a short walk to Hyde Park. Plus, the room had coffee and tea facilities, perfect for a cozy morning in.
Didn't like. The room was a bit on the smaller side and could use some refurbishment.

I had a comfortable stay at a quiet location near Paddington and Edgware Road. The recently refurbished room provided all that I needed. The hotel staff were very helpful in resolving any issues. The bed was nice and the air conditioning worked well. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
